Dumpsters at 30 Clipper Court still lack the required enclosure

Article based on September 23, 2026 Code Enforcement Board Regular agenda, made available via city website ~Sep 16, 2026

Dumpsters at the Seaside Villas condos at 30 Clipper Court are not inside the enclosure the city requires, so association manager Jasmine Jimenez is back before the code board.

The case is a follow-up under the city's garbage-placement rule — where trash sits, and whether a wrap stands around it. The file already runs a year of emails and a June permit deadline. At an earlier meeting, a board member put on the record a professional and personal relationship with Jimenez and prior work for the homeowners association at that property.

The city still wants a screen around a dumpster. That is more city time on whether trash sits inside the wrap. The packet does not say anyone was hurt; it says the enclosure is still missing.

The matter is set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, at City Hall, 2200 A1A South.
