Six months after a stop-work order, 47 Jabil Drive got 14 days then $250 a day
The April 22 board gave the owners of 47 Jabil Drive 14 days to come into compliance on unpermitted work, then $250 a day if they miss that mark.
Ferris said a complaint came in October 31, 2025. Inspectors found workers putting up siding, a deck, and stairs with no permits on file and posted a stop-work order. A contractor later said he would pull permits and never applied. By the hearing, about six months on, nothing had been finished. No one from the property appeared.
The board voted 7–0.
Half a year of stop-work photos ends in a two-week clock and a daily fine for replacement work that never cleared the permit counter.
