1013 A1A Beach Boulevard owners cited over an interior wall built without a permit

ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. — MCW-RC FL - Anastasia LLC, owner of 1013 A1A Beach Boulevard, was noticed to appear before the code board Aug. 26 over an interior wall the city says was built without a permit.

The agenda cites Florida Building Code section 105.1, construction without permits pertaining to an interior wall that was constructed. The packet does not say the wall is unsafe, unfinished, or visible from the street. It says the paper is missing.

The same agenda cites 105.1 at 47 Jobil Drive with an unsafe-structure count. This file is the wall.
