Two broken windows send 26 Brigantine Court owners back before the code board
ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. — Pacifica Anastasia LLC, owner of 26 Brigantine Court, was summoned back before the code board Aug. 26 over two broken windows, a follow-up to a June 24 hearing that did not close the file.
On April 22, Joe Chambliss emailed code enforcement officer Sam Ferris photographs and said the windows had been broken more than eight months. The city put the email in the public packet.
The agenda cites the International Property Maintenance Code, Sec. 304.3, windows. It does not say anyone was cut, or that the openings failed as fire escapes. It says two windows are broken and the owner has been summoned again.
The same owner appears on another window case on this agenda. This case is the two windows at 26 Brigantine. The packet does not say they have been replaced.
